China’s HBIS Tangsteel to build 100 bln rbl plant in Russia
VLADIVOSTOK, Nov 30 (PRIME) -- China’s HBIS Tangsteel plans to build a 100 billion ruble steel plant in Russia’s Far East, the regional authorities said in a statement on Friday.
“The corporation is interested in cooperation with the Far East of Russia. HBIS Tangsteel plans to acquire a metals plant in the Khabarovsk Region, and to build a new metal facility on the territory of the Primorsky Region,” the authorities said.
The plant could sell the products to Russia’s Zvezda shipyard.
